Meditation 101: Moving Toward Well-Being
This 8-week group program with Jeannie is a beautiful way to begin your exploration of meditation or to re-ignite your meditation practice. In this Moving Toward Well-Being introductory series, you'll learn and get to experience a variety of meditation techniques, both guided and silent, each designed to help you to take care of your body, mind, heart and spirit. Most students end up having a "favorite" meditation technique, but they all work, and it can be fun to mix things up to keep your daily practice fresh! Each week, through story, hands-on exercises, and playful experiments, you'll experience what it feels like to create a personal meditation practice that helps you to live a happier, more intentional, mindful life.
